On July 1, Jeff Napier, former president of United Auto Workers Local 151, was charged in Fayette County, Indiana Superior Court with three counts of theft for knowingly or intentionally exerting unauthorized control over property of the Connersville local. The charges follow a probe by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
