On October 18, Delores Jennings, former president and acting secretary-treasurer of Communications Workers of America Local 81321, was arraigned in Syracuse City Court in the wake of a criminal complaint charging her with grand larceny and falsifying union records. Jennings allegedly embezzled $2,479 from the now-defunct Syracuse-based labor organization. The arraignment follows an investigation by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
