On May 3, Darrell Whitehouse, former treasurer of United Steelworkers Local 4430, was indicted in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma on one count of embezzling $6,350 in funds from the Tulsa union. The indictment follows a probe by the U.S. Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
