On February 20, Terry Wagner, formerly secretary-treasurer of American Federation of Government Employees Local 2923, was indicted in North Carolina Superior Court, County of Durham, for embezzling between $7,312 and $7,845 in funds from the Durham union. The indictment follows an investigation by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
