On May 7, James Michael Hill, formerly treasurer of Graphic Communications Conference Local 76-C, an affiliate of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, pleaded guilty to theft from the Duluth, Minn. union in the amount of $6,553.28. He had been charged last September. The actions follow a probe by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
