On August 28, William Hainsey, former treasurer of American Federation of Government Employees District 11, was charged in the Superior Court of Washington, County of Clark, with one count of theft from the Vancouver, Wash.-based union. The charge follows a probe by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
