North Carolina Bakery & Tobacco Workers Treasurer Charged; Pleads Guilty

bakery-tobacco-workers-logoOn September 26, William Galloway III, former treasurer of Bakery, Confectionery, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union Local 192T, was charged in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina in an information count with filing a false financial report on the Reidsville, N.C. union.  He pleaded guilty the next day.  The actions follow a probe by the Labor Department’s Office of Labor-Management Standards.
